Laboratory Service

Improved indoor air quality and allergen control begins with a personal visit from one of our inspectors to determine what pollutants may be in your Heating and Air Conditioning System. After visual inspection is completed, recommendations will be made to decontaminate the system and what further changes could be made to your system to control the re-contamination of your air system.

Should it be decided that further analysis of the contamination is required, we will contact one of our many consortium of Industrial Hygienist associated with certified laboratories to accomplish  IAQ testing in homes or public/government buildings. All gathered samples are sent to a certified lab for qualitative analysis and identification of molds, mildew, bacteria, chemicals, and/or gases.

Once the reports are received back from the lab, a detailed report outlining the steps that will be taken to decontaminate the systems along with recommendations on eliminating or controlling contaminates that may re-contaminate the home or building.
